In order to improve the communication with my team I decided to follow a Webinar to improve my communication skills to improve the overall communication problems for out internship project. The webinar I took was organised by TestRail. Although the beginning was applicable to my situation, in the end they were mainly talking about their own sofware called TestRail.

The most interesting stuff for me where the small changes you could make yourself in order to improve your communication to the rest of the team.

Overall the webinar was for remote QA teams but in my case it was applicable for the teams part. I’m sure this webinar helped me improve on facilitating the communication in my team.
